(B). United States / Canadian routes:
O/F+ORC+AMS (ACI) +DOC
(C). China South America route;
O/F+ORC+DOC (few parts of the shipowner and +THC+DOC)
(D). Middle East / India / South East Asia route:
O/F+THC+DOC (or direct +DOC)
(E). Africa route:
1. North Africa route: O/F+ORC+BAF+CAF+DOC (+PCS+LIS+ISPS)
2. East Africa / South Africa / West Africa route: O/F+THC+DOC (or direct plus DOC)
The cost of the box is composed of:
American and Canadian routes: O/F+CFS+ customs +DOC+AMS (ACI) +DDC
European / local / Middle East India Pakistan / Southeast Asia / Africa / Central South America / Africa and other routes: O/F+CFS+ customs declaration +DOC
